Code Green Fitness is a family owned and operated boutique personal training studio in Laguna Beach, CA.  It was stablished in 2009 with the intention of integrating health and fitness with environmental consciousness. We have adopted the “BE BETTER. FEEL BETTER. LOOK BETTER.” attitude. 

BE BETTER. Make smarter choices that affect your health and environment. Purchase “green” products and use health and beauty products that are free of parabens. Doing these little things will limit the amount of toxins in your body, thus increasing your energy and cognitive function. 

FEEL BETTER. Eat locally grown organic foods that fuel your body with the vital nutrients it needs.  Go to restaurants that are farm to table. Take high quality supplements and stay properly hydrated.  This will improve your performance and recovery.

LOOK BETTER.  Start your total body workout routine. Put in your 6 hours a week of cardio, core, flexibility and strength training.  Consistency and discipline will put you on the path to achieving your goals.


We recommend our group workouts 3 - 5 times a week.  The workouts begin with foam rolling or SMR (Self Myofacial Release).  This stimulates blood flow and helps loosen up those tight spots in your body for improved ROM (Range of Motion).  This often is then followed up with Mobility Excises to prime the body for your circuit workout all while improving joint mobility and overall flexibility and posture.  Our instructor will then explain and demonstrate your workout for the day.  The workouts are always full body with core and posture emphasis.  We use TRX suspension trainers, Kettle Bells, Dumb Bells, BOSU Balls, Stability Balls, Balance Pads and Discs, Resistance Bands, just to name a few things in our arsenal. Some days are more strength, some more core, some more cardio.  Our workouts are set up in an 8 station circuit format.  The exercises and tabatas or timed intervals change daily.  You may be at one station for as little as 30 seconds or as long as 4 minutes and vary from one to four rounds of the circuit.  We then finish with a full body stretch.  It’s a vary well rounded, whole body approach that works for all age and fitness levels.  Anyone can join any group at any age or fitness level.  We work with kids to as young as 10 years old and also have clients in their 80’s.  It’s never to soon, nor too late to start your health and fitness program. Of course, you also have the option of doing 30 or 60 minute private sessions with one of our Certified Personal Trainers if you have more specific goals, need to recovery from injuries, or just like that private, one on one environment.
